A weekend of rest, relaxation, wonderful food and wine, spirituality and most of all sharing it with amazing women from our WRJ Central District! That’s ReJEWvenation!!!!

Women of Temple Beth Emeth, Ann Arbor– brought in over 200 pairs of shoes that were donated by congregation. Other Sisterhoods also brought in good numbers!

Julie August talks to us about Mussar
The Musar movement (also Mussar movement) is a Jewish ethical, educational and cultural movement that developed in the 19th century in Lithuania, particularly among Orthodox Lithuanian Jews. The Hebrew term Musar (מוּסַר‎), is from the book of Proverbs 1:2 meaning moral conduct, instruction or discipline. The term was used by the Musar movement to refer to efforts to further ethical and spiritual discipline.

Saturday Services, held outside in the courtyard, where we prayed, sang, and each got up to read a piece of this week’s torah portion.
